Collection: Kantha Bagru

These jackets are made of a traditional and eco-friendly hand-block printed textile that originates from the village of Bagru in Rajasthan. The process involves the use of carved wooden blocks with natural inks and dyes to stamp repetitive patterns onto the the old Kantha quilts. In some cases also, mud printing technique is used in order to keep the specific pattern uncolored when the whole fabric is dyed.
